What amenities are included at The Willows?
Amenities at The Willows includes: pool, access to our onsite washer and dryer facility, stocked Coffee Bar, wonderful staff, and onsite maintenance that is there to help you anytime you need.
When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. If rent is not received in full by 8:30 AM on the 4th day of each month, an initial late fee of $50 will be charged and $10 per day assessed for every day thereafter.
How do I pay my rent?
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks. We do not accept cash at any time.
Do you allow pets?
We welcome pets. However, we do enforce the usual breed restrictions; for information on breed restrictions, please contact our leasing office. We charge a $200.00/pet fee that is non-refundable, as well as an additional $200.00/pet deposit and a pet rent of $15.00 per month. Pet fees and deposit are charged for each pet. We allow a maximum of two pets per apartment home. Additionally, total pet weight for dogs is 50 pounds (if you have two dogs, the combined weight may not exceed 50 pounds) and 25 pounds for cats. Residents are also required to sign a Pet Addendum and provide proof of current vaccination records and a photo of the pet for our records.
Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
The Willows' insurance will not cover your personal belongings. We require getting renter’s insurance for this reason. It is generally inexpensive and will cover your personal belongings if something were to happen.
What if I need to break my lease?
If you find that you cannot fulfill the lease that you signed, you will need to speak to the Property Manager to determine the total costs associated with the breaking of your lease.
What if I need maintenance in my apartment?
If you need maintenance to visit your apartment, simply fill out a maintenance request form via this website. You can also call or stop by the front office.
How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox located on The Willows' property. The office will receive packages.
What type of parking is available at your community?
The Willows has plenty of parking available for our residents. However, parking is on a first come, first serve basis for our residents only.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Your deposit is fully refundable as long as all terms and conditions of the lease are satisfied, proper written notice has been given, all accounts are paid in full, and your apartment is left in good condition with no damages.
How long is the term of the lease?
The Willows offers 6-month and 12-month lease terms.
